Twenty Fine

25 trips around the sun! Year 24 was filled with lots of new beginnings. I traveled the country a bit, got engaged, started a new job, started a blog, and welcomed the sweetest little niece ever. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in year 24, it’s to try new things and trust yourself in the process. Humans are creatures of habit by nature, so it’s scary trying something new because the outcome can be unknown. But, life is much more fun when you step outside your comfort zone! One of my favorite sayings is:

A bird sitting in a tree isn’t afraid of the branch breaking, because its trust isn’t in the branch but in its own wings.

I can’t wait to see what year 25 brings! Here’s to always believing in yourself no matter what.
